Activities in The Well are guided by the framework laid out in Dr. Bill Plotkin’s book Wild Mind: A Field Guide to the Human Psyche. Using that map, we will strengthen the healthy facets of the Self and also work with sets of fragmented subpersonalities that form during childhood – strategies that once kept us safe, but now get in our way. Rather than trying to eliminate these aspects, we cultivate the healthy facets of our wholeness, deepening our resources to fully embody our life-story and committing ourselves to the largest, soul-infused conversation we’re capable of having with the world.
Our group work incorporates a variety of practices, including ritual, creative expression, movement, writing, roleplay, wandering on the land, voice dialogue, and deep imagery. Each series will be limited to 10 participants.
Ultimately, The Well invites us to build a stronger relationship with the Mystery within and around us.
“The Well dives into a powerful paradigm of exploration that uses embodiment practices to journey further into self. The facilitators and participants at Springhouse show up in such an honest and present way, that navigating the waters of depth work turns into play. The path traveled in The Well series moved me further along in my personal journey, I am so honored to have been a part of it.”
