Give Local 2023: Collaborative Event

The Handmade Music School & Springhouse are joining forces to celebrate our shared values of community and passing on life-giving culture through mentoring, tradition, music, dance, education, and art on June 28th at 5 PM for Give Local 2023.
We will gather at The Floyd Country Store and feature our students and teachers from Handmade Music School and Springhouse’s print shop, Sourced Press, demonstrating how we share these traditions together. We will feature music and dance traditions, the art of printing, and stories about how we “pass it on” through mentoring and education.
Sourced Press will offer a demo and opportunity to create your own print with the message, “pass it on” and original illustration from a local artist.
