Sacred Dance Fall 2021 Retreat

The Spirit of Welcome
In this retreat we will explore how to welcome the whole of ourselves and our lives through dance and movement. We will celebrate our strengths and practice the spirit of welcome by dancing with what we avoid or judge in ourselves. Through story, ritual, and movement we will reclaim what we have left behind in the name of our personal and collective liberation.
What: Sacred Dance Retreat
Where: Springhouse (144 Silver Maple Lane, Pilot, VA)
When: Friday, October 22nd (6-8pm), Saturday, October 23rd (10-4pm), Sunday, October 24th (10-12pm)
