Tides is for young girls ages 8-11, and their mothers, or another important female-identified person in their life. Tides focuses specifically on the physical and emotional changes associated with puberty. The youth spend time demystifying menstruation and bodily changes, discussing personal care, and exploring new emotions. Mothers (or other female-identified persons) reflect on their own experience of puberty as well as prepare and support one another as their child is undergoing change. This time is grounded in connection to the source of life; in self, one another, and the Earth.

We specialize in cultural design that takes care of Life. We offer programs to teens and adults that have costs associated with them and we charge a fee for that service. Though we have a fee, we mean it when we say that no one will be turned away due to a lack of funds. Learn more about our economic approach here. If you cannot afford the tuition rate above, please set up a time to meet with Chris Wolf for a conversation to determine your program tuition.
