Summer 2021: Sacred Dance In-Person Retreat

Identity & Form: Strengthening Yourself through Movement and Dance

Structure is as important as the creativity that flows through it. Whether that is the kiln for pottery, the womb for a baby, or the strength of a person’s identity; the structure of something protects, supports, and helps bring forth what is emergent. When the structure is not tended to, what is longing to emerge may struggle more than it needs to. This includes the birth of who we truly are. In this day-long retreat, we will strengthen ourselves in community through movement, dance, poetry, and group dialogue.
