Spring 2021 Sacred Dance In-Person Retreat: Cultivating Trust

In this retreat, we will explore trust as we enter the spring season of emergence and growth. Through movement, ritual, and community dialogue, we will practice trusting ourselves, something deeper than ourselves, and each other by strengthening our relationship with breath and body.

We will connect more deeply with place by dancing outdoors and exploring the landscape through movement. This retreat will help us to develop skills like taking care of vulnerability and navigating difficulty–things that come with the territory of building the capacity to trust.

Date: Saturday, March 27th, 10AM-4PM

Cost: $120; Space is limited to 8 participants (meal not included; please bring your own lunch)

We do not turn anyone away due to inability to pay – please email to inquire about financial assistance for the retreat.
