Join us for a community event hosted by the Day School Cooking Apprenticeship!

Below is a note from Jenny Finn who is leading the meal preparation for this event:
In honor of my Irish heritage, I am cooking an Irish meal with Springhouse teens and community members this month and would love to see you there!
What’s on the menu, you ask?
- Irish Soda Bread
- Colcannon
- Irish Veggie Stew
- Shamrock cookies
- Possibly corned beef!
Also, a Springhouse teen will be playing Irish music on the harp, and I will read an Irish tale. This is not to be missed!

The learners at Springhouse are organizing and preparing Community meals as an offering to the larger community. We ask that people who join us for the meal consider making an investment in order to cover the food costs. Please consider what you can give towards this Day School Apprenticeship offering.
